Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience: Must have experience in at least two areas within the construction industry, such as General Contracting, Owner's Representation, Commercial Development, Engineering & Design, or similar fields.
* Communication: Proven ability to convey project requirements effectively to different audiences.
* Facilities Management: Experience in roles involving planning, design review, implementation, and management/control of both new structures and existing buildings.
* Program Management: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Certification: Project Management accreditation (PMP or equivalent) is required.
Experience Level
* Intermediate Level: Suitable for professionals with a moderate level of experience in the construction management field.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
