The ideal candidate will work on projects from budgeting through execution and closeout. You will work with RTD senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all stages of project life cycle
Manage project budget
Construction estimating
Review and negotiate change order requests.
Review progress status
Provide status reports
Review RFIs
Review Change orders
Review Submittals
Assist in the creation of Punch-lists
Take and distribute meeting minutes
Perform constructability reviews
Project start-up and scheduling
Project Administration, Coordination, and Close-out
Coordinate client staff relocations for tenant improvement project
Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the client, A/E team, inspectors, client representatives, etc.
Promote Customer Relations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field plus a minimum of 5 years of experience or a minimum of ten years experience in Construction Management
Strong organizational and project management skills
Industry knowledge and ability to read Contract Documents
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong ability to understand contract documents
Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office
Comprehensive knowledge of scheduling software including MS Project
Proficient using Project Management software including Procore
Knowledge of commercial construction and design.
Must have technical knowledge, scheduling and organizational skills.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay Range: $130K-$165K
