Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager responsible for leading consulting, design, or construction management services. The role requires ensuring work aligns with project objectives, client satisfaction, profitability, and quality standards. You will manage client relationships and ensure projects are completed successfully, creating positive experiences that lead to future collaborations.
Responsibilities
+ Direct and oversee consulting, design, or construction management services for assigned projects.
+ Ensure project performance meets objectives, requirements, and quality standards.
+ Manage safety, subcontractor relationships, change management, and project controls.
+ Prepare project staffing plans and adhere to quality plans.
+ Monitor and report on project budgets and schedules.
+ Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and future work opportunities.
+ Lead multi-disciplinary projects and ensure industry-specific certifications are obtained, such as PMP & AECPMA.
+ Accountable for the financial performance of projects.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
+ Minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably in a design firm or field construction office setting.
+ Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management for single-family and multifamily projects.
+ Strong skills in construction, safety, RFI, submittals, and change orders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Degree in Construction Management.
+ Experience in design/build projects.
+ Industry-specific certifications such as PMP & AECPMA.
Work Environment
The office is located in Rutherford, NJ, with a standard working schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The firm is growing, offering opportunities for future growth and involvement in well-designed projects from start to finish.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $57.68/hr.
