We are currently hiring on behalf of a reputable construction company in Riyadh seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning to execution.

About the Role

As a Project Manager – Construction, you will oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, and operational excellence on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to final handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Resolve project issues, delays, or conflicts in a proactive manner.
• Ensure all work complies with legal regulations, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and project controls.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
