Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record in commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing commercial retail, restaurant, and office construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
