Premier Interior Development, Inc., is a well established General Contracting firm and is in search of a detail-oriented, self-driven, Construction Project Manager who is looking to join our growing team. Responsibilities Will Include Forward thinking to ensure results of delays or emergencies at construction site are avoided Understand job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods Inspect and review projects to monitor quality control and code compliance Coordinate job start up and pre-construction meetings with sub-contractors & clients Conduct weekly project meetings Manage project budgets and change orders Review changes and additions to contract with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors Conduct regular, field job-walks to ensure quality and consistency with company policies and practices Procurement of supplies and materials to complete projects Create and maintain project schedules Perform Drawing Takeoffs and Project Estimating Vendor & Sub-Contractor Bid Solicitating Required Qualifications Effective communication with clients, architects, subcontractors, and employees Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, & Blue Beam Excellent Communication Skills Excellent Follow Up Skills Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills Extensive Construction Knowledge and ability to read drawings/perform takeoffs Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Able to work independently as well as collaborate well within a project team Desired Qualifications Procore Experience Estimating Experience 5 Years’ Related Experience AutoCAD Experience Other Please Submit Resume in PDF format.
