We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee ground-up construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex commercial construction projects—with a preference for experience in data centers, ground-up builds, and medical facilities. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects, from budgeting and permitting to execution and closeout.
• Lead ground-up construction efforts, ensuring all phases align with client requirements and design specifications.
• Manage project scope, timelines, cost control, and quality assurance throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and construction specifications.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment while managing supplier and subcontractor performance.
• Provide clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including regular progress updates and reports.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks or delays, ensuring proactive solutions are implemented.
• Maintain full documentation of project activities including schedules, contracts, change orders, and reports.

• Data Centers: Knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure, HVAC, and electrical coordination.
• Ground-Up Construction: Proven experience managing new builds from sitework through final occupancy.
• Medical Facilities: Familiarity with healthcare construction standards, AHCA/OSHPD compliance, and infection control.

• Demonstrated experience managing data center, ground-up, and/or healthcare/medical center construction projects preferred.
• Proficient in construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, safety regulations, and local building codes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• PMP, CCM, or similar certification is a plus.
