Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Risk Management:
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.
  • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.
  • 2. Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations (Internal and External) and addressing concerns.
  • 3. Resource Management:
  • Creating and Managing Project budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluating Actual Cost per project and benchmarking against Local PH or ASEAN costing
  • Facilitates Bidding and Awarding of Vendors/contractors based on the set budget
  • 4. Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved.
  • Conduct post-project reviews, technical reviews, vendor evaluation and improvement points


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree and Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in developing and managing multiple construction projects such as retail store fitout or F&B projects.
  • Equipped and knowledgeable on local industry construction standards and requirements, managing project schedules , resource allocations including cost mgt (QS) , budgeting, bidding & awarding, quality control, and vendor/supplier management.
  • Project Management Methodologies: Knowledge of project management methodologies and important milestones for necessary checks
  • Communication: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate project teams
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Budget Management: Understanding of project budgeting and financial management.
  • Risk Management: Knowledge of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation techniques.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in project management software
  • Knowledgeable in Autocad and BIM is a plus but not required.
