This role offers full P&L ownership and the chance to lead mission-critical work from the ground up or through intricate renovations—all while partnering with a respected builder known for performance, safety, and schedule integrity.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle: preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout
• Oversee subcontractor agreements and on-site execution
• Collaborate with federal owners, A/Es, and stakeholders
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance at every step
• Travel to project sites as needed to ensure smooth delivery

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years managing federal construction projects (NAVFAC, USACE, VA, etc.)
• Proven success leading both ground-up and renovation efforts
• Strong skills in cost control, scheduling, and subcontractor management
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience

💰 Compensation & Perks:

• Salary: $120,000–$150,000 (DOE)
