What You’ll Do
✔
Lead & Execute – Oversee all aspects of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they stay
on time, within budget, and exceed quality expectations.
✔
Team Leadership – Manage and inspire project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver results while maintaining a positive work environment.
✔
Client & Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
✔
Problem Solving & Decision-Making – Identify challenges early, implement effective solutions, and keep projects moving forward.
✔
Budgeting & Scheduling – Develop and maintain
realistic budgets and schedules, ensuring financial and operational success.
✔
Safety & Compliance – Uphold the highest safety standards and
ensure compliance with industry regulations.
What You Bring
🔹
Experience: 5+ years of
Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor. Experience managing
$30M+ ICI projects is required.
🔹
Education: Bachelor’s degree in
Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
🔹
Skills: Strong
leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a track record of managing multiple projects effectively.
🔹
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with
construction processes, project management software, and safety standards.
