Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes. This role requires effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and Primavera for project planning and tracking.
• Oversee the preparation of project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to facilitate accurate project execution.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction activities.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders detailing project status, challenges, and milestones achieved.
  
  

Experience

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry is essential.
• Familiarity with construction management software including HeavyBid is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and construction estimating are required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively on construction sites while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
