What you’ll do:

• Manage projects from early planning to final delivery
• Oversee contractor teams on-site and keep things on schedule
• Work closely with consultants, especially in lab-related projects
• Lead 2–3 projects at the same time

What we’re looking for:

• Civil Engineer or Practical Engineer – must
• Experience in office construction – must
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or site execution
• Background in finishing work and infrastructure (HVAC, electricity, plumbing)
