Construction Project Manager Seeking an experienced project manager to plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors. Applicant might oversee an entire construction project, or oversee specific aspects of a larger project. Looking for a candidate who has excellent supervisory experience, but isn't afraid to get their hands dirty! Responsible for overseeing construction projects, materials and workers on site. Trade specifically residential construction including but not limited to drywall, doors, hardware, flooring, framing, trim, crown molding, fixture installation and more. Oversees and participates in all the same responsibilities as carpenters. Supervises carpenters to ensure safety and quality in the performance of assigned tasks while coordinating and prioritizing shop and field work.
