• Minimum of 5 years experience would provide this person enough experience to be well rounded in the role
• Experience providing oversight to offshore repair and maintenance construction projects (brownfield) Deep water experience is preferred, GOM experience only

• Current team is very active and energetic together (off site activities and lunches etc) so the ideal person will mold well into that environment/culture
