Job Overview

Wayne Frier Home Center is looking for an experienced and hands-on Construction Project Manager to oversee the setup and delivery of manufactured and mobile homes. You'll be responsible for coordinating every aspect of home installation-ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met while delivering exceptional service to homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all construction aspects of home installation from permitting to final walk-through.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics with contractors, utilities, and service crews.
• Oversee and inspect home setups to ensure compliance and quality control.
• Resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth project flow.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines.
• Communicate proactively with customers and the internal team.
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential or manufactured home project management experience.
• Knowledge of permitting, site prep, utility connections, and final trim-out.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with construction management tools and Microsoft Office.(Spreadsheets)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
