Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. for our ASRS Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with a focus on ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a thorough understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Duties
Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closing.
Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion.
Utilize software tools such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration.
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera and other scheduling tools.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Review schematics and plans to identify potential challenges before they arise.
Ensure quality control throughout the construction process by conducting regular inspections.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction/Automation industry.
Proficiency in Civil 3D for site design and grading plans is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and techniques.
Familiarity with project coordination methodologies and tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
