We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager who knows how to take a project from concept to completion—someone who’s as comfortable estimating and scheduling as they are coordinating subcontractors and keeping clients in the loop.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Planning & Estimating – Initial meeting with clients define scope, create accurate cost estimates, and assist with estimating.
Scheduling & Coordination – Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines and budgets stay on track. Keep all moving parts—subcontractors, suppliers.
Material Management – Oversee procurement, ensuring materials are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time and within budget.
Project Oversight & Quality Control – track progress, maintain quality, and resolve issues
Client & Team Communication – Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, keeping everyone informed and expectations managed.
Risk Management & Problem-Solving – Identify potential risks early, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects moving smoothly.
Documentation & Reporting – Keep records of project budgets, schedules, and key updates
What You Bring to the Table
Experience in construction project management - residential remodeling or light commercial preferred
Strong skills in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and team coordination—you know how to run a project efficiently and profitably.
Tech-savviness—familiarity with (or quick adaptability to) tools like Google Suite, BuilderTrend, Expensify, OpenPhone and FollowUpBoss (CRM).
Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards—you don’t cut corners, and you know what compliance looks like.
Organizational skills that keep chaos at bay—you juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and moving parts without breaking a sweat.
