We’re Abode New Homes—a multi award-winning residential builder delivering high-quality homes across Darwin and regional NT. We're looking for a talented Construction Project Manager to take ownership of exciting residential builds from site start to completion.

🚀 What You’ll Do

Manage multiple projects from site start through to handover

Coordinate trades, materials, schedules, and suppliers.

Ensure quality, safety, budget, and compliance across the board.

Solve problems fast and communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and the team.

Lead site productivity and be the go-to for delivery and quality.

## What You Bring ##

3+ years of experience managing residential builds.

Strong knowledge of local building codes and compliance.

Proven leadership across teams, trades, and suppliers.

Ability to juggle multiple projects with calm and confidence.

Excellent communicator and problem-solver.

Proficiency in MS Office (construction software a bonus).

Driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia.
