We are currently seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our client's successful team. They are a well-established, luxury beachfront custom home builder in West Palm Beach, with a reputation for delivering excellence. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the delivery of custom home schemes for properties with values of $10m and above.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record of successfully delivering similar custom home schemes in a timely and cost-effective manner. You must have a stable employment background, as well as excellent communication and client facing skills.

This is an exciting and challenging role, with a salary of up to $160k + benefits and bonuses. You will be working closely with senior personnel and you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organization, problem-solving and management skills.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Proven experience in delivering custom home schemes for properties with values of $5m and above

• Evidence of long term commitment in previous roles

• Excellent communication and client facing skills

• High level organization, problem-solving and management skills
