Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Construction Senior Project Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both project management and cost estimation for commercial and industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates for new construction projects
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts and change orders
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Utilize project management software to track project milestones and financials
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management and estimation
• Proficiency in construction estimation software and project management tools
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
