We currently have the following position available:

Construction - Project Manager

Required skills & experience:

  • Experienced Project Manager needed to manage construction projects; renovations, new construction, repair & maintenance work.
  • Manage multiple projects from start to finish:
    • Estimating
    • Scheduling
    • Mobilizing
    • Submittals
    • Shop Drawings
    • Supervise day to day onsite operations
    • Close out packages
  • Must be able to communicate and coordinate with all trades / disciplines.
  • Knowledge and experience with blueprints, scheduling and phasing of carpentry, drywall, casework installations and finish work required.
  • Strong organizational and communications skills with the ability to utilize current technology: PCs, spreadsheets, email is expected; proficient in Microsoft Office and associated tools is ideal
  • Detail oriented with solid organizational skills
  • Must be a Pro-active Team player
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment

Good to have skills:

  • Knowledge of Building Department and permitting procedures for construction project
  • Willingness to interact with clients and sub-contractors

This position is out of our Delran, NJ office.
