We currently have the following position available:
Construction - Project Manager
Required skills & experience:
Experienced Project Manager needed to manage construction projects; renovations, new construction, repair & maintenance work.
Manage multiple projects from start to finish:
Estimating
Scheduling
Mobilizing
Submittals
Shop Drawings
Supervise day to day onsite operations
Close out packages
Must be able to communicate and coordinate with all trades / disciplines.
Knowledge and experience with blueprints, scheduling and phasing of carpentry, drywall, casework installations and finish work required.
Strong organizational and communications skills with the ability to utilize current technology: PCs, spreadsheets, email is expected; proficient in Microsoft Office and associated tools is ideal
Detail oriented with solid organizational skills
Must be a Pro-active Team player
Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
Good to have skills:
Knowledge of Building Department and permitting procedures for construction project
Willingness to interact with clients and sub-contractors
This position is out of our Delran, NJ office.
