Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to coordinate various aspects of construction activities. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Develop project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Utilize software tools such as Buildertrend project documentation and management. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and review construction estimates and contracts to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Coordinate project activities among various sub contractors to facilitate smooth operations. Maintain detailed records of project progress, changes, and communications. Qualifications Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Strong understanding of schematics, contracts, and construction management principles. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and communication. Ability to analyze problems critically and develop effective solutions in a timely manner. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
