Summary

Cometex, the commercial real estate developer of Altex group is looking for three experienced Project Managers to join the construction team, in order to coordinate, support and monitor allocated construction portfolio projects developed in Bucuresti.We expect all candidates to send us the application documents by the 30th of April.


Recruitment and selection steps:

Responsibilities:

  • Elaborates the project development plan (identifies the tasks, plans the activity, evaluates the necessary material, financial and human resources for the development of the project).
  • Follows and is responsible for the good execution of the entrusted works, at the established terms, depending on the execution schedules and the fulfillment of the quality parameters.
  • Ensures the observance of the execution plan by activities, coordinates and imposes the execution rhythm for the accomplishment of the works at the proposed terms according to the schedules of staggered works.
  • Coordinates the necessary steps to obtain town planning certificates, necessary permits and building permits; collaborates with the authorities in this regard.
  • Follow the development of concluded contracts (payments, minutes of completion of works, etc.). Plan, verify and control the activity carried out in order to carry out the project, together with the project team.
  • Prepares periodic information reports, in connection with the evolution of the project.
  • Verifies the structure of the execution schedule.
  • Estimate and budget project costs.
  • Prepares the work situations according to the execution contracts.
  • Ensures the solution of the problems appeared in the realization of the project and informs in time the management team about the problems appeared and which it cannot solve at its level.
  • Report the superior deviation tendencies from the project plan (budget, calendar, quality), mentioning the causes and proposing measures to solve them.
  • Properly archive all project-related documentation


Requirements:

  • Process oriented/system thinking.
  • University degree in Civil Engineering, Installations.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role as Project Manager
  • Integrity and determination
