Description Construction Manager is tasked with managing new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers across the US, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience in at least two disciplines within the construction industry, including General Contracting, Owner's Representation, Commercial Development, Engineering & Design, or similar * Success in communicating project requirements to various audiences * Experience in facilities management or similar roles, including planning, design review, implementation, and project management/control of new structures and existing buildings * Program management of concurrent projects * Project Management accreditation (PMP or similar) Travel required Home typically on weekends, travel is paid for. 60% travel is typical but can ebb and flow higher depending on project scope Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
