Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. This role is with a leading General Contractor specializing in ground-up industrial and retail construction projects across Central Texas. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from preconstruction through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to closeout

• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance

• Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

• Review and process change orders, RFIs, and submittals

• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management

• Ground-up experience in industrial and/or retail construction is preferred

• Strong knowledge of construction documents and processes

• Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

• OSHA 30 and PMP certification a plus
