Job Details

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction from budgeting to final delivery
• Lead subcontractor coordination and ensure quality control
• Drive schedules, manage budgets, and proactively mitigate risks
• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and internal teams
• Mentor junior staff and foster a positive jobsite culture
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in commercial or institutional construction
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
