Description Responsible for planning, directing and fulfilling construction projects to achieve and serve the interrelated interests of the project owner; meeting required forecasting and reporting responsibilities on upcoming and current projects; ensuring that effective and efficient construction and project management sustainable processes, people and technology are utilized properly; growing relationships with customers and pursuing opportunities for future business; assisting Business Development staff in the acquisition of new customers; communicating and collaborating with members of management and staff within the Group and throughout the company; providing mentoring and training support to project management, site supervision and other staff; ensuring that all team members associated with projects support and adhere to the safety culture and related policies and practices; supporting and adhering to all company operating and regulatory compliance-focused policies and practices.
