Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to facilitate successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work, and manage changes to these plans as necessary.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any issues that arise.
Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members to communicate progress and resolve any concerns.
Prepare and present project reports, including status updates and financial projections.
Manage contracts and relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Ensure that all construction activities comply with legal requirements, building codes, and safety regulations.
Monitor project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Mentor and guide project teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (X+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
PMP certification or similar is a plus.
