Are you passionate about construction and driven by excellence? We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects—ensuring they're completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Collaborate on cost estimation, budgeting, and financial monitoring of construction projects.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory, and vendor/subcontractor coordination to ensure timely delivery and efficient execution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate documentation including drawings, contracts, and change orders.
  • Lead quality control efforts and ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Serve as a liaison among stakeholders—architects, engineers, contractors, and clients—to ensure alignment and smooth project flow.
  • Monitor risk, identify issues early, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Use Procore and similar tools to track construction activity, flag bottlenecks, and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Evaluate and coordinate change requests, considering budget and schedule impacts.
  • Perform regular site visits to assess progress, address field concerns, and enforce safety standards.
  • Provide leadership and strong communication across project teams.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project engineering or a closely related role—preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Civil Structural, or Mechanical (Building Systems) Engineering is preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Passionate about quality, safety, and collaborative success.
  • High school diploma required; ongoing professional development and certifications are valued.
