Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience in retail/commercial construction projects is required.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required; working knowledge of Prolog and MS Project is a plus.
• The best candidates will be detail-oriented, organized team players with a proven ability to deliver under high-pressure conditions.
• Responsibilities include assisting the site Superintendent in maintaining daily logs, reports, submittals, sub lists, subcontracts, schedules, change orders, insurance, material procurement, logistics, as-builts, and closeout.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management)
• Experience in construction or engineering is required
• Strong understanding of plans and schematics
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Strong organization/time management skills
• Procore experience is a plus
