Avsar Construction is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to support and oversee construction projects from start to finish. As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of public works construction projects.
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor job progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to resolve construction challenges.
• Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, contracts, and permits.
• Identify and manage project risks while supporting the implementation of mitigation strategies.
• Assist the Project Manager in reviewing and processing change orders.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or engineering.
• Familiarity with public works construction processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Proliance).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
