Production Manager

In our line of construction, the Production Manager is the Crew Chief. As our Production Manager, you will handle customer satisfaction, quality of work, and prompt completion of work orders. In this role, you also recruit the initial and ongoing sub-contractors to meet the demand of changing production pipelines.

After receiving the hand-off of a submitted client project, you become the face of the company for the project until completion. This position is based largely in the field conducting daily site visits, running materials, moving crews as necessary, and ensuring the job site safety on all projects. The Production Manager must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a sincere passion for customer service, but as a consummate professional, you know this already.
