Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing HVAC construction projects or expertise in estimating, design, and managing projects ranging from $50,000 to $25+ million.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and project management skills, with strong organizational abilities to handle a high volume of tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and management of projects, including assigned and supported projects.
• Serve as the primary leader and point of responsibility for both the company and the customer.
• Manage day-to-day project operations and ensure proper scope execution.
• Lead and coordinate efforts across departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction, and Service during project execution.
• Drive sales efforts, including estimating, conceptual design, proposal development, presentations, contract negotiation, and review.
• Prepare budget forecasts and ensure cost control within agreed limits.
• Draft business-critical documents including letters, proposals, memos, contracts, change orders, and strategies to safeguard both legal and operational standards.
• Achieve project schedule adherence and profitability objectives.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and industry professionals.
