Your Role:
As a
Construction Materials Field Services Manager, you will lead a team of skilled construction materials testing technicians and inspectors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of projects by providing high-quality testing services, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving operational efficiency. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating with clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring the highest safety standards are met.
- Schedule Coordination: Arrange schedules with clients and contractors to guarantee smooth service delivery.
- Project Management: Monitor project timelines and communicate clear updates to all involved parties.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams on proposals and pre-qualification processes.
- Staff Training and Development: Promote staff growth through training programs and ensure certification compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- A High School diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2 years experience in construction materials testing
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical engineering or a construction-related field, a plus
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
- Effective communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing), using the English language
