Construction Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Supervise and lead construction teams, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules or plans as needed.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
• Manage risks and resolve any project-related issues.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is a plus.
