JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is actively working with one of the nation's top residential builders to identify a Construction Manager for the Palm Beach County, FL market. This individual will be responsible for managing the activities of construction projects. They will be working to ensure construction schedules, onsite safety, development of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, reviewing and maintaining quality standards, and upkeeping customer satisfaction. In this particular role, the candidate will split time between the PBG office and in the field, doing walk throughs of homes throughout different phases of construction. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* BS Degree in Construction, Engineering, Business Administration, etc. OR GED with extensive industry experience

* 2+ years of experience in the construction industry

* Ability to manage construction processes, ensuring that trade performance is meeting expectations, costs are controlled, budgets are managed, and customer service is top notch
