Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates using Stack.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and implement cost control measures to maintain financial integrity.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and subcontractors to achieve favorable terms.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Foster a collaborative work environment by effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost control practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts effectively while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction site operations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
