Required Qualifications include:

BS or BA in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, Architecture, Architectural Engineering or equivalent

2+ years’ experience in construction, working for a general contractor and / or developer.

Multi-Family experience is a plus

Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word

Strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of Bluebeam is a plus.

Working knowledge of Procore is a plus.
