Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team across multiple job sites. You’ll play a critical role in helping us deliver projects on time and on budget by coordinating documentation, logistics, and communication between the office, field, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager with day-to-day operations and job tracking
- Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and punch lists
- Attend site meetings and walkthroughs, taking notes and following up on action items
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for scheduling and deliveries
- Help track materials, tools, and equipment deliveries to the job site
- Support the Project Manager with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in construction or related field preferred
- Familiarity with construction documents, terminology, and workflow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Bluebeam, Autodesk, Raken, Monday.com, or MS Excel is a plus
