Our Real Estate Division is expanding, and we’re seeking a Construction and Maintenance Project Manager to join our team. This full-time role, based in Seattle, WA, will lead the coordination, execution, and oversight of construction and maintenance projects across our diverse portfolio—which includes eight wedding venues, four commercial office buildings, residential rentals, and other event properties.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction or facilities project management, strong vendor and contractor coordination skills, and the ability to manage both short-term repairs and long-term capital improvement projects. This role is key to ensuring our spaces remain beautiful, functional, and safe for guests and tenants alike.
Landmark Event Co. is Seattle's premier multi-event space provider, known for delivering extraordinary experiences through our in-house catering by Herban Feast. We operate eight unique venues and various offsite locations, providing the perfect settings for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.
