Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager Assistant (PMA) to support our Project Managers in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. The PMA will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Help manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
Essential Skills
- Proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in project controls, construction management, cost control, and project control.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $60000.00/hr.
