Job Description:

As a ConnectWise Implementation Specialist at Echo Technologies, LLC, you will be responsible for the deployment, customization, and integration of the ConnectWise software within our organization. You will work closely with our IT and operations teams to ensure that the platform is tailored to meet our business needs and enhance our operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of ConnectWise software solutions according to project plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, ensuring that the ConnectWise system aligns with business goals.
• Customize and configure workflows, reports, and dashboards within the ConnectWise platform.
• Conduct system testing to ensure functionality, including troubleshooting and resolving issues prior to go-live.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ConnectWise features and updates, recommending improvements and enhancements to internal systems.
• Manage data migration from other systems into ConnectWise.
• Monitor system performance post-implementation, making adjustments as needed to optimize operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing and managing ConnectWise or similar PSA tools.
• Strong understanding of IT service management and operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage projects independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and supporting users.
• Relevant certifications in ConnectWise administration are preferred.
