Configuration Process Analyst The Opportunity: Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical skills with big-picture thinking to make an impact in the DoD? Your ability to coordinate the analysis, tracking, and documentation of engineering modifications to legacy systems and new system designs will make you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution. As a Process Analyst on our team, you'll work to rapidly deploy the next generation of resilient Tactical Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR) and Environmental Monitoring (EM) capabilities to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters. Your customer will trust you to support a broad spectrum of configuration management functions, engaging with multiple performers and government organizations to aid in the delivery and sustainment of a complex system of systems. Your functional expertise, communication and collaboration skills, and attention to detail will be vital as you contribute to the acquisition and development of remote sensing capabilities. You Have: * 3+ years of experience in Hardware Configuration Management * 3+ years of experience conducting functional and physical configuration audits to ensure compliance with requirements * Experience in managing change requests and coordinating with Configuration Control Boards * Experience with documenting and maintaining hardware baselines using configuration management tools and software, such as Service Now, JIRA, or Confluence * Experience in documenting and managing process flows, design, and technical requirements * Ability to maintain the integrity and traceability of product configurations throughout the entire development and deployment lifecycle * Ability to be analytical to gather and verify data on existing platforms, hardware, software, and documentation * Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * 3+ years of experience with fielding Ground Systems for Operational Acceptance * 3+ years of experience supporting Cybersecurity, Configuration Management (CM), and Data Management (DM) activities in space, ground, software, or hardware systems for Major Defense Acquisition Programs * Experience with identifying technical, scheduling, and programmatic gaps and proposing solutions to address these issues * Experience with space-based remote sensing systems * Experience using metrics to improve processes and ensure consistency and standardization across the organization, and planning and executing program reviews throughout the life cycle of the system * Experience managing and facilitating Government Engineering Review Boards (ERB) and Configuration Control Boards (CCB) for handling change requests * Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * TS/SCI clearance * Masters degree * Configuration Management Training Foundation (CMTF) CICM Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
