Responsibilities Support the Engineering Department’s Configuration Management process. Drive the creation, optimization, implementation, and continuous improvement of engineering processes Coordinate with other departments from a process and workflow system integration prospective to ensure engineering processes is part of an end-to-end business process. Carry out process monitoring and reporting, and monitor the orderly operation of the process system. Responsible for the training of process management related knowledge, methods and tools, and promote the improvement of process management thinking and methods within the department. Drive the optimization of the department’s process system, improve the process, and provide direction and strategy suggestions for process system construction and improvement. Support Engineering team’s tools and external licensing logistic maintenance Job Requirements Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering/Computer Science. Experience in product R&D, preferably in a design engineer and/or design quality role. Experience in R&D process management. Experience related to system architecture, quality process, and management consulting, etc. a great advantage Familiar with process management and the basic theories, methods and tools of project management (such as ISO, CMMI, etc.) Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint Knowledge in ERP, PLM, RPA systems (SAP, TeamCenter, UiPath, etc.) Software Engineering tools (Github, Jira, etc.) Strong sense of responsibility and purpose Effective organization, communication, moderation, and coordination skills.
