Overview
SCCI is seeking a Configuration Management (CM) Analyst I to join our team! The successful candidate will provide Software Configuration Management (SCM) support to the AEGIS program. You will also be responsible for providing Configuration/Change Control Boards (CCB) support including importing and exporting files. This position is an on-site position located in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:
Generate database reports such as meeting agendas and minutes, tracking action items, and change requests
Update and maintain database records and CCB Operating Procedures
Capture detailed technical comments while displaying to a live and web-based audience
Generate various status accounting reports, perform data audits, and other CM duties
Generate/update briefs/presentations and attend meetings as required
Ensure electronic deliveries of files and documentation occur
Perform quality assurance tasks of configuration data to ensure accuracy
Assist in the development and maintenance of CM processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on program requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret Security Clearance
High School diploma
Must have two (2) - four (4) years of CM experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, primarily MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels to include co-workers, managers and government customers
Ability to multi-task, work well independently and in a team environment
Dependable, self-starter with strong technical skills and attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy
Must have good organizational, task tracking, and follow up skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience related to Aegis, weapons systems and/or Navy programs
Advanced Configuration Control Engineering Status System (ACCESS) experience
Experience with creating/manipulating Ad hoc reports and proficient in understanding Software Baselines
Previous experience in a classified work environment
Proven knowledge of formal change control processes: Class I changes, Class II changes, CCB experience/involvement
