Who we are looking for We are looking for a thoughtful and detail-oriented Configuration Control Analyst for the Configuration department. You will collaborate closely with the team of development, providing high-level support in configuration management. This role involves handling various tasks, including reviewing and updating existing configuration management plans, developing configuration management tools, and assisting in their maintenance. What you will do * Plan and execute CM throughout the project lifecycle, including development, migration, deployment, and security * Oversee the daily management of configuration items * Review and update configuration management processes * Ensure that IT staff members follow CM processes for data security, integrity, and user permission * Provide training to staff on CM processes * Review of documents submitted by staff for correctness * Maintain integrity of data in Agile PLM * Provide Lifecycle analysis on Bill of Materials * Provide RoHS and REACh analysis of Bill of Materials * Manage Engineering Change Order & Manufacturing Change Order releases * Set up PLM user structure * Maintain a repository (Omnify PLM) for ITAR documentation * Act as Customer liaison for product changes Requirements * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field * 3 to 5 years of relevant experience * Experience with configuration management tools * Experience managing complex software projects * Strong analytical skills * Proficiency with Agile PLM * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Familiarity with JIRA * Knowledge of ERP/MRP integrity & system integration WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship.
