StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Configuration/Management Analyst, Senior in Patuxent River MD to support our NAVAIR customer. The Configuration/Management Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements:
Essential Job Duties:
Provide Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) support for common or out of production Aviation Training Systems in accordance with PMA Configurations Management Plan
Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft training systems
Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data
Tracks configuration changes
Coordinates and supports the development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
Assessments of component obsolescence issues
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
Facilitate the NAVAIR CM Process
Coordinating and Facilitating Technical Interchange Meetings

Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
CMPRO Experience
Desired Experience:
Experience with CM/DM of software intensive programs and working with Technical Development Packages
Education Requirements:
MA/MS degree
Allowable Education Substitutes Include the following:
Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree
Associate degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree
Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree
Security Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

The estimated base salary range for this position is $98,000.00 - $130,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
