Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Conference Manager to join a top-tier exhibitions company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle management of conference programs, from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality content, top-level speakers, and seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and manage compelling conference agendas aligned with industry trends and delegate interests
• Identify, invite, and secure high-caliber speakers, panelists, and moderators
• Manage speaker communications, session formats, and all related logistics
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive delegate attendance and attract sponsorship
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and overall project milestones to ensure successful delivery
• Lead post-event evaluations and implement feedback for future improvements

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in conference production, preferably within the exhibitions or events industry
• Proven track record of developing and managing successful B2B conference programs
• Excellent speaker acquisition and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail
• Familiarity with the UAE/MENA business landscape is highly desirable
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
