Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead large-scale concrete restoration projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving project success.


Key Responsibilities:

· Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion.

· Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor Project Engineers

Supervise a minimum of 1 Project Engineer, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Foster a collaborative environment to ensure project goals are met.

· Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

· Budget and Cost Control:

Approve expenditures and manage change orders effectively.

· Quality Assurance:

Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and company quality benchmarks.

Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and resolve issues.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management

· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Foundation, Procore, Primavera, MS Project).

· Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· PMP or similar certification is a plus.


This is a full-time role on-site at our Opa-Locka office.
