The position is expected to render services on retail sales operational functions such as variance analysis, receiving of inventories, stockman, order preparation and assembly, packaging, merchandiser, storekeeper, customer handling, and technician, depending on the store’s requirements and work delegation of the immediate head. Ensures that customers are attended to promptly and courteously at all times. Acts as an initial contact person in addressing customer inquiries, needs, and complaints (i.e. promo clarifications, store services). Records and provides customer feedback report to the immediate head and provides recommendations for an action plan.
Qualification:
Graduate of a four (4) year Business course, preferably in Marketing, Economics or Business Management from a reputable university or college
At least two (2) year experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Strategic Management and Business Development; Preferably, with Sales
